This was stated by the head of the Luhansk OVA Serhiy Haidai.
"In the Luhansk region, there is not a single settlement that has not suffered from the Russians. Our cities are multi-story ruins now, every district is like a horror movie. Entire neighborhoods and streets are uninhabitable," he said.
Serhiy Haidai noted that some residents became migrants for the second time due to the Russian war against Ukraine.
"The dead… the orcs ruined 66 lives, and how many are still lying in the places of shooting… How many we can not bury humanely," - he said.
