Knyazhytsky listed Putin's demands: "neutral status for Ukraine, refusal to join NATO, disarmament of Ukraine to a level that the Kremlin considers sufficient, ensuring "protection of the Russian language in Ukraine" and "denazification"".
"All Putin wants is the destruction of Ukrainians. Therefore, he insists on the last two points. And on the first, in order to destroy it as soon as the national consciousness wakes up. Therefore, the aggressor must be destroyed. And any negotiations are an imitation for a regrouping of forces", said the people's deputy.
