Alarming signal: the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that Russian equipment is approaching the Belarusian-Ukrainian border
Russian military equipment is approaching the Belarusian-Ukrainian border, and Belarusian diplomats have left Ukraine.
Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vadym Denysenko stated this on the air of the only telethon.
"Russian equipment is approaching the Belarusian border the Russians are trying to enter again with certain, not so, of course, great forces, as it was three weeks ago. In general, we understand where they are going, where they are going, we understand that the Russians do not give up the idea of making another attempt to storm the city of Kyiv. Well, we will fight with them," said an Interior Ministry official.
According to Denisenko, Belarusian diplomats have already left Ukraine and this is an "alarm signal".
"Belarusian diplomats have left the territory of Ukraine. This is an alarming signal. I would personally assess the situation with the possibility of Belarus entering the military conflict as 60 to 40. A week ago it was 40 to 60, but still, I think that Lukashenko will do everything in his power not to engage in direct hostilities. His army is relatively small ... about 40,000 men. This is the whole army, including the rear, with hospitals," Vadym Denysenko said.
Ukraine is ready for the invasion of the Belarusians.
"In principle, in the West, we are ready for their invasion, we are ready for the fact that the Belarusians can cross our border. But for us it would not be necessary," said the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs.
On March 19, Oleksandr Kamyshyn, chairman of Ukrzaliznytsia's board, said there was no rail link between Belarus and Ukraine.
