Pentagon advises Trump on military support for Ukraine

The U.S. Department of Defense continues to provide President Donald Trump with recommendations on military aid to Ukraine

Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell reported this, Radio Liberty says.

He said that they would not disclose how much or what types of weapons they were providing to Ukraine, or when exactly this was happening. However, the Secretary of Defense would continue to offer the president recommendations for making decisions on further military aid to Ukraine.

At the same time, he did not specify which weapons the U.S. policy review concerns, when it will be completed, or which other countries it applies to.

On July 2, Politico reported that the United States has suspended deliveries of certain air defense missiles and precision-guided munitions to Ukraine over concerns about shrinking U.S. stockpiles.
