"To provide the necessary support for Ukraine, we must do everything in our power in the short term," said Habeck.

He specifically noted that Germany could provide Ukraine with a €3 billion military aid package, including air defense.

“The events of the last few weeks have likely made it clear: Europe must do more for its security. It must muster all its determination and strength to do so. This is not a game,” the minister added.

  • Today, March 1, it became known that the government of Norway will soon appeal to parliament with a request to increase financial support for Ukraine.
