He posted the video on Telegram.
"Bad news for Russian propaganda! Mr Zaluzhnyi is feeling well and continues to plan the liberation of Ukrainian lands from the Russian invaders!" Shtefan wrote.
"Together with the Commander-in-Chief, and only forward to our common victory!" he added.
In the video, Zaluzhnyi smiles and waves to the camera.
"I sincerely thank all Ukrainians! Together we will definitely win. And not just today. Always," the general said.
On May 20, Russia launched a disinformation campaign about the alleged disappearance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyi. It also claimed that Zaluzhnyi was injured and underwent skull trepanation. Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense denied the disinformati.
