Haidai noted that Russian troops are on the defensive in the Svatove-Kreminna direction and hopes for good news before 2023.
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine have the advantage in the Svatove-Kreminna direction, Russian troops are on the defensive there. We constantly cooperate and help our military, we fulfill their needs. I hope that by the New Year there will be good news," the head said.
He also added that there was constant shelling in the direction of Bilohorivka, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces stood their ground and the enemy did not advance any further.
The Luhansk regional military administration reports that Russian soldiers in the region seize wheelchairs and mattresses from civilians since hospitals lack the most necessary things.
