On September 23, the first day of the "referendum", 27 Russian military trucks entered Mariupol, some of which were loaded with occupying Russian forces

This was reported by Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, in telegram.

"27 heavy military trucks have entered Mariupol. They are moving to the middle of the city, some of them are loaded.

This is how the first day of the "referendum" performance began in Mariupol. "Doesn't it look like a free demonstration of the townspeople?" he remarked.
