About 1,000 summons are issued to men of conscription age in Sevastopol - General Staff
About 1,000 summons have been issued to men of conscription age in the Sevastopol city in the temporarily Russian-occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea
The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared the details in their evening report.
"In connection with the partial mobilization announced by the Russian military and political leadership, since September 22, the military commissariats of the Russian Federation have been working around the clock," the message reads.
It is reported that people who try to evade mobilization are threatened with criminal liability.
Representatives of the occupying Russian troops assure the mobilized personnel that their service will take place in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region until the end of the term of the so-called special operation.
"The command of the newly arrived Russian occupying forces by mobilizing servicemen without training directs the replenishment of the units that have suffered losses directly to the line of contact. This significantly affects the decrease in the level of morale and psychological state of the enemy servicemen, as well as the quality of their performance of duties," the General Staff reported.
