A neat, effective hit: Ukraine's Armed Forces render bridge near Kakhovka hydroelectric station unusable
Ukraine's Armed Forces have hit a bridge in the Kherson region and rendered it unusable
Nataliya Gumenyuk, head of the joint coordination press center of the Southern Defense Forces, shared the details with Espreso TV.
"The fire control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had results. The hit was delicate and careful, since a critical infrastructure object - the Kakhovka hydroelectric station - was nearby. We had to fix in the minds of the occupiers that after the control point strike, the use of the bridge was no longer a threat to them", she explained.
The spokesperson of Operational Command South also reported on the hit in the city.
"Our fire control of the transport and logistics routes in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region led to the establishment of the status of the bridge in the area of the Kakhovka hydroelectric station as unusable. The hitting is accurate, but effective", the message says.
