The Ministry of Reintegration reported this.
The Ministry's press service stated that the transfer of 79 bodies from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine was facilitated by the Office of the Commissioner for Missing Persons, in collaboration with law enforcement agencies.
“The bodies of the fallen Ukrainian defenders will be handed over to their families to ensure a dignified burial,” the message said.
It was further mentioned that the repatriation process adheres to the provisions of the Geneva Conventions, which govern the treatment of war victims.
