He noted that there are constant battles in the area of ​​the Lysychansk Refinery - the Russian army cannot break through the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and added that the heaviest battles are now in the direction of Bakhmut.

"I gave the order to open humanitarian headquarters for displaced people in each region. All over Ukraine, we are looking for buildings that can be repaired to provide housing for the residents of the Luhansk region. About 320,000 people left the Luhansk region," Haidai wrote.

He also mentioned the June defense of Severodonetsk.

"When Kadyrov soldiers had already entered Severodonetsk, four special forces soldiers with the Ukrainian National Guard took up defense in one of the houses. 20 Russian soldiers entered there - not a single one returned. The Russians believed that a whole company of Ukrainians was in the house," Haidai wrote.
