Russian attacks across Ukraine killed 2,000 people this year — Ministry of Internal Affairs

This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko during a meeting with the ambassadors of the G7 countries, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
According to Klymenko, over 11 months, Russia has attacked 59,000 various settlements across 24 regions of Ukraine. As a result, 11,000 people were injured and 2,000 were killed. He added that most of the shelling and missile attacks took place in Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy and Chernihiv regions.
He thanked the ambassadors for their visit and assistance.
"Without your support, the support of the G7, we would not have been able to implement much of what we have already done. We feel this support not only in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, inside the country, but also on the battlefield," Klymenko said.
