This was announced by the head of Kyiv’s National Police Andriy Nebytov, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
"Unfortunately, we continue to find our citizens who were either tortured or shot and killed by the Russian army. Another exhumation was carried out yesterday, the body of a man born in 1982 was found near Borodyanka," Nebytov said.
He noted that the local resident was shot dead by Russian soldiers.
"As of today, 1,314 dead bodies were found. These are civilians who had nothing to do with Ukraine’s military," said the head of the regional police.
According to him, most were killed using small arms.
