This was reported by Politico.

The lists of 130 individuals and organizations were proposed by the Baltic States, Poland, France, Germany, and others. The publication notes that the sanctions will include the Russian military leadership, the authorities appointed by Russia in the occupied territories of Ukraine, journalists and propagandists working in Russian state media.

The restrictions will also apply to companies and individuals located in other countries and associated with the military operations of the Russian Federation or the Wagner PMC. In particular, it refers to the stay of these individuals in Mali and Iran, which is accused of selling drones and components to the Russian army.

Politico notes that the new sanctions package will also prohibit Russian citizens from working in EU critical infrastructure companies. These are power grids and gas suppliers.

In addition, the 10th package of sanctions will contain additional trade bans on imports of a number of Russian products to the EU. These include rubber, asphalt, or bitumen (an oil product). Exports of EU goods to Russia, including trucks, other heavy goods vehicles, and construction machinery, will also be banned. Exports of electronic components that Russia can use to make weapons will also be banned.

Politico writes that Brussels also plans to include a Dubai-based shipping company in the sanctions list. It is suspected of helping Russia circumvent sanctions on oil exports.
